Frazier Othel Thompson III, known as Trae tha Truth, is an American rapper, musician, recording director and activist from Houston, Texas. Starting a musical career in 1998, he quickly established himself as a prominent member of the hip hop village of Texas with his solo debut, Loss Composure. Followed by Same Thing Different Days and Restless, the following was his debut on Rap-a-Lot Records. In total, Trae has released 11 solo studio albums, as well as 26 mixtapes and two albums as part of the Assholes by Nature duo with a longtime friend and frequent collaborator Z-Ro. Trae is also known for her single I'm On series, which has featured a number of prominent artists since its debut in 2011.
